Job summary

Van den Bosch is seeking a Supply Chain Engineer to translate analyses into actions, initiate improvement projects and deliver results from start to finish.

You will drive improvements in revenue, cash flow, margins and operational efficiency, collaborating closely with Operations, Procurement and Commercial teams while building strong customer relationships. An entrepreneurial, pragmatic approach helps implement plans in daily operations and keep KPIs on track.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics, SCM, Business Administration or related field.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to Persuade, connect, and guide stakeholders through change.
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate challenges into practical solutions.
• Structured working style with focus on progress monitoring and execution.
• Good command of English; Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate analyses into actions, initiate improvement projects and deliver them from start to finish.
• Lead improvements in revenue, cash flow, margins, customer performance and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with Operations, Procurement, and Commercial teams; build relationships with customers.
• Monitor progress and report on KPIs to keep teams focused on results.
