Qualifications

About The Role

We are looking for a skilled and results-driven Supply Chain Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in optimizing supply chain processes, driving continuous improvement, and supporting strategic projects. You will act as a trusted business partner and point of contact for procurement, production planning, and other stakeholders across the organization, helping to solve operational challenges and drive impactful improvements. In addition, you will support the ongoing development of SAP S4 functionalities within the organization.

What You'll Be Doing

• Analyze and improve end-to-end supply chain processes to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory management, material flow, and production planning.
• Identify opportunities for automation and digital transformation to streamline workflows, and lead continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain.
• Collaborate with IT and operations teams to enhance SAP S4 functionalities, participate in testing and implementation phases, and act as a key user for troubleshooting system issues.
• Serve as a key point of contact for procurement, production planning, and other business stakeholders, working closely with logistics and operations to align strategies with organizational goals.
• Support new product launches, change initiatives, and department alignment to drive the adoption of new processes and ways of working.
• Leverage data analytics to evaluate supply chain performance, prepare reports and dashboards for leadership, and use insights to recommend process enhancements.

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or a similar role.
• Experience with SAP S4 is strongly preferred, including implementation or key user experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Proficiency in supply chain tools and software (e.g., SAP S4, ERP systems, Excel, SAC, Power BI).
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Curious, proactive, and eager to challenge the status quo while working independently and taking ownership.
