Job summary

Malvern Panalytical is seeking a skilled Supply Chain Engineer to optimize end-to-end processes and support SAP S4 enhancements across procurement, production planning and operations.

You will partner with IT and business teams to drive improvements, implement automation, and deliver data-driven dashboards and reports for leadership to enable informed decisions and ongoing improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or a similar role.
• Experience with SAP S4 is strongly preferred, including implementation or key user experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Proficiency in supply chain tools and software (e.g., SAP S4, ERP systems, Excel, SAC, Power BI).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Curious, proactive, and eager to challenge the status quo.
• Able to work independently, take ownership, and drive initiatives forward.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage, influence, and bring people along in change processes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and improve end-to-end supply chain processes to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory management, material flow, and production planning.
• Identify opportunities for automation and digital transformation to streamline workflows.
• Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain.
• Collaborate with IT and operations teams on SAP S4 development, testing, and training.
• Act as a key user for SAP S4, providing configuration input and troubleshooting.
• Serve as a point of contact for procurement and production planning across departments.
• Provide data-driven reports and dashboards highlighting key supply chain metrics and trends.
