Job summary

Spectrum of the role is centered in Eindhoven, Netherlands, as a Supply Chain Engineer within Spectris' material characterization focus. You will optimize end-to-end processes, support SAP S4 enhancements, and partner with procurement, production planning, and other stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.

You will analyze data, build dashboards using SAP S4-related data, Excel, SAP, SAC and Power BI to inform leadership and guide change initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, industrial engineering, business, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or a similar role.
• Experience with SAP S4 is strongly preferred, including implementation or key user experience.
• Proficiency in Excel, SAP S4, ERP systems, SAC, Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Supply Chain Process Optimization: Analyze and improve end-to-end supply chain processes to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• SAP S4 Development and Support: Collaborate with IT and operations to enhance SAP S4 functionalities and act as a key user.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage procurement, production planning, logistics, and operations to align strategies.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Leverage data to evaluate performance and prepare leadership dashboards.
