What will you do?

As a Process Engineer, you’ll be responsible for solving production issues from the moment an order is released until it is shipped. You will:

Analyze and solve problems in the production process

Improve packaging and logistics workflows to make them faster, better, and more cost-efficient

Support the production team in working smarter and at higher quality

Lead digital and technical innovations in automation and process control

Handle customized customer requirements with clear, effective solutions

Help make the manufacturing process more competitive across Europe

Your profile:

We are looking for someone who is proactive, a strong communicator, and eager to think about how things can be done better. You have:

• A completed bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Packaging, Industrial, or Logistics Engineering
• Experience in packaging, logistics, or in-plant logistics (a plus)
• Experience with MES systems and knowledge of production order processes (PTO/ATO)
• Strong skills in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel)
• Ability to use quality tools for problem analysis and solutions
• Teamwork, coordination, and organizational strengths
• Must-have: European passport
