As a Supplier Quality Engineer at Prodrive Technologies, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of mechanical components and materials sourced from our suppliers. You have a crucial role in the part approval process during NPI projects and will collaborate closely with our suppliers to establish and maintain robust quality control processes and uphold our commitment to delivering world-class products.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure a thorough understanding of their manufacturing processes and quality management systems.
You work closely together with Suppliers, Sourcing and Engineering teams to ensure efficient and successful Part and Process approvals.
Provides guidance on quality matters across multiple technical areas, including sourcing, compliance and engineering.
Participate in the selection and approval of new suppliers, conducting thorough assessments of their capabilities and quality systems.
Conduct regular supplier audits and assessments to evaluate compliance with Prodrive Technologies' quality standards.

MSc. degree in Mechanical Engineering
5+ years’ experience in a supplier quality engineering role, with leadership in solving complex challenges from mechanical engineering domain.
Strong understanding of quality management systems, standards, and methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
In-depth knowledge of Quality Assurance processes in the supply chain, including: Part Approval processes, Supplier Auditing, Supplier Development
Experience with QMS standards such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 13485, AS9100D
