Job summary

Prodrive Technologies in the Netherlands is seeking a Senior Supplier Quality Engineer to drive quality across the supplier base. You will lead part approvals in NPIs, collaborate with sourcing, engineering and suppliers to ensure robust QMS and compliant processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in a supplier quality engineering role.
• Leadership in solving complex challenges from mechanical engineering domain.
• Strong understanding of quality management systems, standards, and methodologies.
• Experience with QMS standards such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 13485, AS9100D.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure a thorough understanding of their manufacturing processes and quality management systems.
• Work closely together with Suppliers, Sourcing and Engineering teams to ensure efficient and successful Part and Process approvals.
• Provides guidance on quality matters across multiple technical areas, including sourcing, compliance and engineering.
• Participate in the selection and approval of new suppliers, conducting thorough assessments of their capabilities and quality systems.
• Conduct regular supplier audits and assessments to evaluate compliance with Prodrive Technologies' quality standards.
