Job summary

HQ Group is seeking a Supervisor Tech Repair to lead and develop the Tech Repair department within the Service Center. You will report to the Operations Manager and play a key role in bringing structure, improving performance, and supporting growth while ensuring safe, efficient daily operations and high quality standards.

You will guide and develop Shift Leaders and technicians, drive process improvements, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with Planning, Logistics, and Quality to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a technical, production, repair, or service environment.
• Strong experience managing and developing operational teams.
• Technical affinity and understanding of repair or manufacturing processes.
• Experience with process improvement and KPI-driven management.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (ISAH is a plus).
• Fluent in English; Dutch is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations of the Tech Repair department (approximately 20 employees across 2 shifts).
• Coach, support, and develop Shift Leaders and technicians.
• Monitor quality, productivity, and operational performance; Drive process improvements and implement best practices.
• Define, track, and improve departmental KPIs.
• Ensure a safe, structured, and efficient working environment.
• Collaborate with Planning, Logistics, Quality, Cleaning, and other internal stakeholders.
