Job summary

Ruby Hotels in Amsterdam is seeking an energetic shift supervisor to lead front-of-house and bar service, ensuring smooth operations and a welcoming guest experience. You will oversee service delivery, uphold quality standards and mentor new colleagues.

The role requires a background in hospitality, flexibility for shifts, and a positive, guest‑centric attitude. Fluency in Dutch and English is highly valued as you engage with international guests.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar hospitality role is required.
• Willingness to work in shifts and be reliable.
• Attention to detail in service, quality and hygiene.

• already gained experience in a similar position, ideally in the trendy hospitality or lifestyle hotel industry
• flexible and ready to work in shifts
