Job summary

Ruby GmbH is seeking a proactive hospitality professional to lead shifts and ensure smooth operations across bar, service, and front desk. You will uphold service, quality, and hygiene standards while training new teammates.

Responsibilities

• Lead as shift supervisor, ensuring smooth operations behind the bar, in service, or at the front office.
• Maintain service, quality, and hygiene standards with attention to detail.
• Oversee training, coaching, and onboarding of new team members.
• Ensure clear communication and information flow within the team.
• Address guest feedback promptly and effectively.
• Share insider tips about city hotspots to enhance guest experience.
