Job summary

Ruby Hotels in Amsterdam is seeking a guest-focused shift supervisor to lead service across bar, dining, or front office, ensuring everything runs smoothly and guests feel at home. You’ll proactively manage operations and guest requests to high standards.

You will train, coach and onboard new team members, uphold service, quality and hygiene standards, and ensure clear internal communication. Fluency in Dutch and English, flexibility for shifts, and a warm, upbeat personality are essential for

Qualifications

• Already gained experience in a similar position in hospitality or lifestyle hotels.
• Flexible and ready to work in shifts.
• Reliability, multitasking and willingness to learn are strengths.
• Confident in manner, brings joy to work, humor is welcome.
• Enjoys working with international, demanding guests and can handle diverse needs.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
