Ruby Group in Rotterdam invites you to join its vibrant hotel team. You’ll be front of house, greeting guests, handling check‑in, and delivering high‑touch service with a smile.

Your role blends bar, breakfast, and guest experience while you help build a warm, welcoming atmosphere in our new Ruby hotel. Starting in September for October openings, this full‑time position offers 35 hours per week, with opportunities for growth, staff rates, and performance‑driven benefits.

Qualificações

• Ideally gained some experience in the hotel industry.
• Flexible and ready to work in shifts.
• Reliability, multitasking and willingness to learn.
• Empathetic and able to share enthusiasm with others.
• Great sense of humour, team minded and guest‑friendly.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsabilidades

• Be the first point of contact for our guests and make them feel at home from greeting to farewell.
• Support guests with the self-check‑in process and take on front desk duties.
• Prepare cocktails, drinks and snacks with attention to service quality.
• Care for the breakfast buffet in the morning and showcase barista skills.
• Assist with goods receiving, inspection and storage, maintaining mise‑en‑place.
• Share insider tips with guests and point them to the city’s best hotspots.

With 225 rooms, she rises in Galshaven, just southwest of the city centre, putting Rotterdam’s historic heart, the iconic Market Hall and excellent transport connections within easy reach – while the skyline around you proves one thing: the future is now.

We are a fast‑growing hospitality group with existing hotels and workspaces in some of Europe’s most exciting locations and many more projects under construction. We break new ground with our Lean Luxury philosophy, creating a contemporary and affordable form of luxury.

The role is set to start in September, just in time for the opening of our hotel in October. First interviews are planned for the middle of August, and those invited to our first audition will hear from us separately.
