Ruby zoekt horeca-talenten voor een start in september ter opening van ons hotel in oktober en een inspirerende werkomgeving in Rotterdam. Je sluit je aan bij een dynamisch team en brengt je creatieve inzet en gastgerichte service in productie.

Daarnaast krijg je de kans om mee te bouwen aan de Lean Luxury-ervaring, met training, doorgroeimogelijkheden en collegiale ondersteuning. Een divers en levendig werkomgeving wacht op jou.

Qualifications

• Eerdere ervaring in vergelijkbare functie, bij voorkeur in lifestyle hotels of bar hotspots.
• Flexibel en bereid om in shifts te werken.
• Betrouwbaar, multitasken en leergierig.
• Empathisch en plezierig in teamwerk.
• Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands en Engels.

Responsibilities

• Bereiden van cocktails en drankjes met aandacht voor presentatie.
• Zelf drankjes maken en afstemmen op het seizoen.
• Bijdragen aan ontwerp van het barmenu en trainen van het team.
• Ondersteunen bij frontdesk-werkzaamheden en gastenontvangst.
• Ontvangen, controleren en opslaan van goederen volgens de mise-en-place.

We are a fast-growing hospitality group with existing hotels and workspaces in some of Europe's most exciting locations and many more projects under construction. We break new ground with our Lean Luxury philosophy, creating a contemporary and affordable form of luxury.

The role is set to start in September, just in time for the opening of our hotel in October. First interviews are planned for the middle of August, and those invited to our first audition will hear from us separately.

• take on various tasks in the service area and support other front desk activities
• roll up your sleeves when it comes to goods receiving, inspection, and storage, always keeping an eye on the perfect mise-en-place according to our setups and standards

We've been waiting for you, since you have/are:

• previous experience in a similar position, ideally in lifestyle hotels or at the bar hotspots of your city
• flexible and ready to work in shifts
• counting reliability, multitasking and your willingness to learn among your strengths
• empathetic with others and love sharing your enthusiasm with those around you
• a great sense of humour, enjoy working in a team, and love interacting with our guests
• speaking fluent Dutch and English
