The 51 is looking for an F&B Supervisor to support the daily operation, lead the team on the floor, and ensure a smooth and engaging guest experience. You will work closely with the Restaurant Manager to maintain service quality and drive the team’s development.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership and a positive, energetic atmosphere. As part of a flat organization with a relaxed and social setting, you’ll create memorable guest moments, manage schedules, and contribute to ongoing success.

The Job

As F&B Supervisor at The 51, you are an important part of the daily operation. You support the F&B team, help organize the workflow, and ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for both guests and colleagues. You are visible on the floor and help create a positive and energetic atmosphere.

Together with the Restaurant Manager, you help maintain service quality, support the team’s development, and contribute to the continued success of The 51.
