Job summary

The 51 in Amsterdam is hiring a hands-on F&B Supervisor to lead the restaurant team, ensure an energetic atmosphere, and deliver excellent guest experiences. You will collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to maintain service quality and develop the team for continued success.

You’ll be visible on the floor, organize workflows, and help create a positive, social setting for guests and colleagues alike. Flexible shifts are expected.

The Job

As F&B Supervisor at The 51, you are an important part of the daily operation. You support the F&B team, help organize the workflow, and ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for both guests and colleagues. You are visible on the floor and help create a positive and energetic atmosphere.

Together with the Restaurant Manager, you help maintain service quality, support the team’s development, and contribute to the continued success of The 51.
