Job summary

Workday is seeking professionals for its Workday Success Plans team. You will act as a trusted Workday advisor, guiding customers through configuration, demonstrations, and best practices.

You will deliver targeted micro-consulting, troubleshoot integrations, and help drive customer feature adoption across deployments. The role requires 2+ years in Workday Adaptive Planning and 5 years in IT implementation with 3+ years in software consulting, plus the ability to distill complex concepts for

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with Workday Adaptive Planning implementations.
• 5 years of IT implementation experience.
• 3+ years of software consulting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
• Workday Adaptive Planning Certification is a huge plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver small scope consulting including configuration guidance and demonstrations.
• Troubleshoot and guide customers through Workday configuration and adoption.
• Create and deliver customer presentations on Workday features to achieve business goals.
• Provide one-on-one consulting guidance to accelerate feature adoption.
• Review customer tenants to identify opportunities for adoption.
