Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven ability building and maintaining Prism Analytics.
• 3+ years of proven ability building and maintaining Workday HCM/Financial Reporting & Analytics.
• 5+ years of HCM Reporting, Analytics, and Data warehousing experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research to ensure understanding of customer questions.
• Deliver small scope consulting in response to customer requests.
• Providing one-on-one consulting guidance to accelerate customer feature adoption.

Skills

Fluency in French, Spanish, Italian or German

Strong critical thinking skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Ability to multitask

Education

Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience

Advanced degree preferred
