Job summary

Workday, Inc. is seeking experienced professionals for the Workday Success Plans Team to help customers maximize value from their Workday applications.

You will guide clients through post-Go-Live journeys, delivering microconsulting engagements and deployment support. Ideal candidates have a strong background in IT implementation, Workday HCM, and software consulting, along with the ability to distill complex concepts into clear client presentations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT implementation experience.
• 5+ years of experience with Workday HCM.
• 2+ years of software consulting experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Workday Success Plans services to customers.
• Conduct research to understand customer questions and Workday concepts.
• Provide configuration guidance, demonstrations, and best-practice tips.
• Troubleshoot Workday configuration to meet business requirements.
• Create and deliver customer presentations on Workday features.
• Offer one-on-one guidance to accelerate feature adoption.
• Review customer tenants to identify adoption opportunities.
• Maintain Workday product expertise and certifications.
