Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Resource Planner Asset Management to drive workforce planning across the EUK, supporting pursuits and projects with talent deployment and data quality. You will build networks with team managers, manage the 12-week look ahead, coordinate demand and supply, and play a key role in onboarding and WFP Tags documentation across Asset Management in the EUK.

Qualifications

Experience in workforce planning, resource planning, deployment coordination or similar operational planning roles within the EUK/EU region.
Understanding of workforce analytics and forecasting, including how demand signals, forecast accuracy and billability influence deployment decisions.
Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with ability to build relationships with Team Managers, Project Managers, Pursuit Leaders and Talent Acquisition partners.
Knowledge of regional talent trends, labor markets and basic employment law relevant to workforce planning and deployment.
Analytical and data-driven, with ability to identify data gaps and improve accuracy of workforce information.
Change management and transformation expertise to support evolving processes and adoption of planning tools.
Knowledge of processes and systems that drive workforce planning data, WFP tags and demand matching.
Client-oriented, solution-driven mindset to translate client needs into practical resource planning actions.
Strong communication and ability to provide timely feedback, early warnings on supply/demand risks.
Ability to balance competing priorities and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
Understanding of utilization, billability, project margins and their impact on planning decisions.

Responsibilities

Engage with team managers to maximize billability and forecast reliability.
Manage the demand marketplace and support the wider network.
Own the 12-week look-ahead quality for team managers within remit.
Identify work and demand for advance planning in Asset Management.
Provide dashboards insights to stakeholders for informed decisions.
Identify recruitment needs to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
Maximize soft booking and pre-planning practices within Asset Management.
Support mobilization and demobilization of talent to EUK projects.
Act as the primary contact for talent seeking opportunities in Asset Management in the EUK.
Develop strong understanding of aligned teams to provide recommendations.
Build and maintain relationships with pursuit leaders and project managers.
Establish a strong network within Asset Management and hold others to account.
Engage GEC within Asset Management as needed.
Identify gaps or inaccuracies in workforce planning data and resolve issues.
Support onboarding of new joiners and profile on WFP Tags.
Engage with Sector/Industry leads to understand talent requirements.
Continuously enrich workforce data and manage supply/demand risks.
Escalate changes and use WFP network to find solutions.
Be key contact within pursuits to find suitable talent for sales.
Identify attributes clients look for and integrate into WFP Tags.
Support prioritisation of top tier clients or opportunities.
Be point of contact for Tier 3-4 client teams in Asset Management.
