Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Workforce Planning Major Projects Lead responsible for mobilising, deploying, and demobilising talent across large projects. You will coordinate planning activities, align stakeholders, manage risks, and ensure readiness throughout the project lifecycle.

You will work with leaders, resource planners, and business stakeholders to keep projects staffed efficiently and resilient against demand changes.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in workforce planning or related operational discipline.
• Ability to align workforce capability with project objectives and business goals.
• Experience supporting mobilisation and readiness for major projects.

Responsibilities

• Act as the central Workforce Planning coordination point for major projects across Regions and Services.
• Define planning requirements, governance, cadence, and readiness for major projects.
• Recommend mobilisation, deployment, transition, and demobilisation actions.
• Identify cross-project dependencies and escalate risks when needed.
• Monitor readiness and capacity against project demand; track mobilisation effectiveness.
