Job summary

Arcadis in the Netherlands is seeking a Workforce Planning Major Projects Lead to mobilise and demobilise talent across large programmes. You will coordinate workforce readiness, governance, and cross‑regional dependencies to ensure timely project delivery.

You will define coordination requirements, align stakeholders, monitor risks, and drive actionable planning across WFP networks, with a focus on continuity and optimal resource utilisation in a global, matrixed organisation.

Qualifications

Extensive experience in workforce planning, resource management, and major project delivery.
Strong understanding of forecasting techniques and resource analytics.
Proven ability to align workforce capability with project and business objectives.

Responsibilities

Act as central Workforce Planning coordination point for major projects across industries and regions.
Define coordination requirements, governance, cadence and readiness for major projects.
Recommend mobilisation actions to support readiness and project delivery.
Identify and resolve cross-project workforce dependencies impacting delivery.
Monitor role fulfilment and deployment progress; escalate risks as needed.
Align planning activities between leadership, WFP teams, and stakeholders.
