Job summary

Wolters Kluwer is seeking a Lead Project & Program Manager in Alphen aan den Rijn to drive a strategic transformation program across business, product, and technology teams. You will align priorities, manage dependencies, and deliver executive-level updates while maintaining high delivery velocity in a hybrid work model.

You will partner with senior stakeholders, translate complex program data into actionable insights, and ensure decisions are captured and executed with clear governance.

Qualifications

• Lead complex, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
• Create and maintain stakeholder alignment across departments with different priorities.
• Navigate ambiguity and facilitate pragmatic, data-driven solutions.
• Provide concise, executive-level reporting and decision-ready updates.
• Use PM tools and governance processes to manage dependencies, risks, and milestones.

Responsibilities

• Drive program alignment across business, product, technology and stakeholders.
• Reduce cross-functional friction by resolving ownership or priority conflicts.
• Navigate complexity by structuring problems and framing options for pragmatic solutions.
• Enable effective decision-making and ensure follow-up actions are tracked.
• Manage delivery across multiple workstreams with milestones and critical paths.
• Identify risks and dependencies and coordinate mitigation and resolution.
• Provide concise executive reporting on progress, risks, decisions, and next steps.
• Assess impact of changes to scope, priorities, and timelines and coordinate responses.
• Maintain high standards for governance, documentation, and fast execution.
