Job summary

ProPharma Group in Leiden seeks a Principal Consultant - Product Lifecycle Management to lead complex client projects, develop strategies, and deliver integration programs with speed and quality.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams across Operations, QA, RA, Supply Chain and IT, manage milestones, governance, budget, and risk, and maintain clear communication with clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in business, science, or engineering.
• 10–15 years of life-sciences project management experience.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads and manages all project types of mid complexity with support of stakeholders.
• Plans, structures, and oversees all project activities according to PM standards.
• Manages diverse cross-functional teams (Operations, QA, RA, Supply Chain, IT).
• Owns project planning, milestones, roadmaps, governance deliverables.
• Ensures compliance with internal standards and external regulations (GxP).
• Monitors project budget, cost tracking, forecasting, revenue/margin impact.
• Identifies deviations and proposes corrective measures.
• Supports business case evaluations and financial assessments.
• Proactively identifies, prioritizes, and resolves operational issues and risks.
