Job summary

Riverflex is seeking a Senior Strategy & Digital Transformation Consultant to lead workstreams, guide transformations, and build strong client relationships. You will shape digital strategies, oversee project delivery, and mentor a team of consultants in a dynamic Amsterdam-based scale-up environment.

The role requires 4–6 years in top-tier consulting, strong leadership, and fluency in English; Dutch is a plus. Travel is expected.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience at a top-tier consulting firm, with a focus on digital and/or tech transformation.
• Strong understanding of digital technologies, trends, and their applications in business settings.
• Proven ability to analyze both quantitative and qualitative data, translating insights into actionable strategies.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and guide teams.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A client-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional value and driving impactful outcomes.
• Affinity for innovating and adaptability in evolving business contexts.
• Master’s degree in business, management, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (C1 minimum), Dutch is a plus.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage workstreams on consulting projects from initiation to completion, ensuring objectives are met on time and within budget.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their business challenges, providing strategic insights, and delivering value-driven solutions.
• Conduct in-depth industry and market research, competitive analysis, and benchmarking to identify growth opportunities and formulate data-driven digital strategies.
• Develop and implement digital transformation strategies to help clients leverage technology for business improvement.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to a team of consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Develop actionable recommendations and strategic plans tailored to each client's unique needs and goals.
• Ensure the quality and accuracy of deliverables, reports, and presentations to clients.
• Support business development efforts by identifying potential clients and contributing to proposal development.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in strategy consulting and digital transformation.
