Job summary

Riverflex is seeking a Senior Consultant, Strategy & Transformation to guide strategic initiatives and oversee execution for clients across Europe. You’ll shape data-driven digital strategies, mentor consultants, and help win new opportunities.

You have 4–6 years at a top-tier firm, deep knowledge of digital technologies, and a growth mindset, with willingness to travel as needed. Amsterdam-based hybrid role with flexibility.

Qualifications

• Senior consulting experience with a focus on digital/tech transformation.
• Proven ability to turn analysis into actionable strategy.
• Leadership experience and client-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage workstreams from initiation to completion, on time and on budget.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and deliver value-driven solutions.
• Conduct industry research, benchmarking, and growth opportunity analysis.
• Develop and implement digital transformation strategies for clients.
• Mentor a team of consultants and foster collaboration.
• Develop actionable recommendations and strategic plans for clients.
• Ensure deliverables, reports, and presentations are accurate.
• Support business development and proposals with potential clients.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices.
