Job summary

ING Nederland is seeking a Lead Strategy & Vision within Global Procurement to steer major strategic initiatives, transformation programs, and alignment with ING's global priorities. You will guide change management, influence stakeholders, and deliver measurable impact across the organization.

You will shape the procurement strategic roadmap, define KPIs and reporting, and partner with senior leaders to ensure transparent governance and sustainable value creation in a complex, international

Qualifications

University degree, Master's preferred.
8+ years experience in transformation and change management.
Procurement experience in a large international company, preferably financial services.
Experience working with offshore/geographically dispersed teams.
Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and govern major strategic initiatives across the Procurement organization.
Coordinate dependencies across workstreams and ensure alignment of related initiatives.
Drive change adoption through structured change management approaches.
Independently lead high-impact strategic initiatives and deliver results.
Develop and maintain the strategic procurement roadmap with KPIs.
