Job summary

ING is seeking a Category & Sourcing Manager Professional Services to lead the Source-to-Contract process for service agreements. You will drive the procurement lifecycle, research markets, run sourcing events, vet suppliers and negotiate contracts globally.

You will act as a senior sourcing SME, partnering with stakeholders to balance value, flexibility, and supplier risk while delivering strategic outcomes for ING.

Qualifications

• Identify business needs and category specifications for sourcing projects.
• Lead negotiations with international service providers in the area of payment/scheme/cards.
• Provide strategic guidance and act as a senior sourcing SME across assigned categories.

Responsibilities

• Execute complex sourcing initiatives and projects, and manage global programs.
• Develop sourcing execution approaches and manage the RFX process from documentation to supplier onboarding.
• Support category managers with stakeholder relationships and supplier innovations assessment.
