Job summary

AURELIUS is seeking leaders to join the Benelux operations to drive the reorganization of portfolio companies after acquisitions. The role focuses on developing and executing transformation plans to maximize long-term value, with hands-on leadership across projects from inception to implementation.

You will collaborate with management teams and spend about 12 months on-site, driving competitiveness and profitability across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Degree in business administration, finance, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in either consulting or industry.
• Expertise in restructuring and operations with lead experience on teams or projects.
• Genuine interest in private equity; passion for growth and change.
• Analytical, results-driven, responsible, collaborative, and entrepreneurial.

Responsibilities

• Reorganize and restructure portfolio companies after acquisitions by AURELIUS.
• Develop and execute comprehensive transformation and restructuring plans to maximize value.
• Collaborate with management teams to enhance competitiveness and profitability.
• Lead projects from inception to implementation; typically ~12 months on site.
