Job summary
Allianz Benelux is seeking an accomplished Chief Transformation Officer to drive a multi-year regional transformation across Belgium and the Netherlands. You will lead the Data & AI agenda, shape the operating model and partner with the Regional CEO to deliver measurable business value.
The role reports to the Regional CEO and sits on the Executive Committee. Hybrid work across Belgium and the Netherlands is offered, with a competitive executive compensation package and access to Allianz
Qualifications
- Senior leadership experience in a large, complex organization.
- Track record leading enterprise-wide transformations of material scale.
- Strong experience in Data, Analytics and AI as strategic levers.
- Fluency in English; Dutch or French is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Shape Allianz Benelux's strategic agenda and translate it into a transformation roadmap.
- Own the enterprise transformation portfolio across Belgium and the Netherlands.
- Lead enterprise planning, governance and benefits realization.
- Develop and lead a high-performing transformation and Data & AI team.
- Collaborate with the Regional CEO, CIO and Supervisory Board on priorities.
