Job summary

Robin Radar is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will own end-to-end recruitment for our Operations and Enablement teams. You’ll work with an international TA team, craft vacancy texts, source candidates, and guide them through a transparent journey.

You’ll partner with hiring managers, conduct screening interviews, extend offers within compensation frameworks, ensure background checks (VOG) and Dutch regulations, and track metrics in our ATS to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• BA/HBO degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field.
• 3+ years recruitment experience in international, fast-paced environments.
• Proven track record sourcing and selecting talent for Operations and Enablement functions.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, ATS platforms, job boards, and social media sourcing.
• Solid understanding of Dutch labor laws and compliance requirements.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken, with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment for Operations and Enablement teams.
• Draft accurate vacancy texts and source candidates across social media, job boards, and networks.
• Conduct screening interviews and guide candidates through the process.
• Extend job offers within compensation frameworks and negotiate terms; manage background checks (VOG).
• Track recruitment metrics in the ATS and continuously optimise workflows.
