Robin Radar is seeking a Corporate Communications Manager to own how we speak to the world—customers, partners, and our team. You will work with Marketing, Sales, HR, and senior leadership to drive PR in strategic markets and deliver clear updates to customers.

You will guide executive messaging, lead external PR with agencies, and train leaders for high-profile interviews. The role requires Dutch and English fluency and a willingness to travel internationally.

Competenze

• 5–10+ years of B2B corporate communications or PR experience
• Strong preference for a background in defense, aerospace, robotics, or deep tech
• Proven track record in media relations, managing PR agencies, and building international press coverage
• Commercially driven and strategically minded with exceptional writing and positioning capabilities
• Fluent Dutch speaker with excellent written and verbal English skills
• Comfortable operating autonomously in a matrix structure and scaling environment
• Experience working directly with C‑level executives and senior leadership
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 20% of the time

• Corporate narrative and messaging: Own global corporate communications guidelines, public disclosure policies, and core messaging.
• Global PR and media relations: Lead media relations by directing our external PR agency and building strong relationships with priority journalists.
• Executive positioning and media training: Prepare senior leaders for high-profile interviews, keynotes, and speaking opportunities.
• Internal communications rhythm: Build structured internal communication flows that keep leadership and global teams aligned.
• Customer and partner communications: Coordinate clear and timely announcements around major company developments, partnerships, and product milestones.
• Cross‑functional alignment: Manage the corporate communications calendar alongside Content Marketing and Events.
