Job summary

Mars is seeking a proactive Supply Planner to manage the master production and inventory plan. You will balance customer service, product freshness, stock levels, capacity and cost while collaborating with Markets, Factories, Demand Planning, Logistics and Manufacturing.

You will use BY/JDA, SAP, Power BI and QlikView to analyze data, drive scenario planning and optimize planning parameters across short-, mid-, and long-term horizons. English fluency is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Manufacturing Planning, or Logistics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Experience in manufacturing or FMCG environment; understanding of production processes and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Own the master production and inventory plan for the portfolio, balancing service, freshness, stock, capacity and cost.
• Reconcile manufacturing capacity with market demand across planning horizons.
• Create feasible weekly production plans that support service levels.
• Build scenario plans to evaluate demand changes on service, inventory and cash.
• Drive roadmap for service and inventory performance; improve planning processes and supply chain performance.
• Act as liaison between Markets and Manufacturing sites; manage risk and decisions.
