Mars, Incorporated and its Affiliates in Veghel is seeking a senior leader to own global demand planning capability development within the Supply Excellence program. You will lead a virtual team of experts, align with Mars Digital Technologies, and drive standards, training, and tools for end-to-end planning processes.

Responsibilities

Own and lead the development of the demand planning content, standards, training materials, and assessment tools with MarsU.
Define process definitions, sub-process flows, and task layouts across time horizons.
Develop associate capability profiles across demand planning roles.
Support deployment through regional SME teams to enable standards, training, and digital tools.
Govern standards and digital tooling; drive continuous improvement and end-to-end consistency.
Define interfaces with adjacent areas, key information sources, customers and templates.
Lead Mars Digital Technologies developments; act as product owner for digital capabilities.
Define interfaces and SIPOCs for in-process measurement.
Define framework to assess embedding via audits and capability KPIs, and develop KPI dashboards.
