Job summary

Mars is seeking a Supply Planner to own the master production and inventory plan across products, balancing service levels, stock, and cost. You will coordinate with Markets, Factories, and Demand Planning to convert complexity into clear plans and ensure timely product availability.

You will leverage BY/JDA, SAP, Power BI and QlikView to model scenarios, drive improvements, and enable proactive risk management across the supply chain. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in supply chain planning or related areas.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Experience in manufacturing or FMCG environments is preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Knowledge of planning systems (BY/JDA, SAP, Power BI, QlikView).
• Experience across Demand, Supply, and Logistics is a plus.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Own the master production and inventory plan for the portfolio.
• Balance service levels, freshness, stock, capacity and cost.
• Reconcile capacity with market demand across horizons.
• Create feasible weekly production plans supporting service levels.
• Build scenario plans to assess demand impact on service and cash.
• Drive roadmap for service and inventory performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve planning processes and performance.
• Act as liaison between Markets and Manufacturing sites for decision making.
• Resolve supply/demand balancing challenges and support launches.
• Identify risks early and develop mitigation in S&OP forums.
• Develop scenarios to evaluate volume opportunities and risks.
• Lead root cause analysis of service failures and implement actions.
• Monitor KPIs: service levels, inventory health, safety stock, line utilization.
• Drive improvements toward more automated planning processes.
