Job summary

Mars is seeking a leader to drive the global demand planning capability within the Mars Supply Excellence program. You will guide a group of subject matter experts and MarsU to develop standards, materials and assessments, ensuring robust processes and clean interfaces across the organization.

You will collaborate with regional teams to deploy digital tools, establish KPI dashboards and drive embedding of capabilities with strong data-driven governance.

Qualifications

• Extensive operational experience (5+ years) mastering demand planning processes and sub-processes.
• Strong ability to influence and motivate at all levels; excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead development of demand planning content, capability standards, training materials and assessment tools.
• Deploy standards, digital tools and assessments with regional SME teams.
• Define interfaces with adjacent functional areas and key information sources; ensure end-to-end consistency.
• Lead global communities of practice; monitor health of regional and local expert roles.
• Develop KPIs and set up KPI dashboards; oversee governance and process health checks.
