Job summary

OSI Europe is seeking a Supply Chain Planner for our Beuningen plant in the Netherlands. You will optimally plan materials, production and inventory to ensure on-time, in-full delivery and efficient supply chain performance.

Key duties include coordinating demand forecasts, managing stock, mitigating risks, and collaborating with procurement, warehouse, production, logistics, and sales. Fluency in Dutch and English is required.

Qualifications

Fluent in Dutch and English, excellent communication with stakeholders.
Strong planning, organizational and coordination skills.
Strong Excel and data analysis skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment; proactive and flexible.
Experience with ERP systems; SAP is a plus.

Responsibilities

Ensure optimal production planning and coordination of materials.
Translate demand forecasts into concrete planning requirements.
Monitor and manage inventory for optimal stock and service levels.
Identify and resolve supply risks, shortages, disruptions.
Collaborate with Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse, Production, Logistics, Sales.
Provide Supply Chain KPIs and insights.
Support continuous improvement initiatives within planning and broader Supply Chain processes.
