Job summary

OSI Europe is seeking a Supply Chain Planner for its Beuningen site to optimally plan and coordinate materials, production, and inventory. You will ensure on-time, in-full customer deliveries and maintain efficient supply chain operations.

Key responsibilities include translating forecasts into planning requirements, managing inventory levels, and tackling risks and disruptions with procurement and warehouse teams. Fluent Dutch and English are required, and SAP experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
• Strong planning, organizational, and coordination skills.
• Able to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.
• Experience with ERP systems; knowledge of SAP is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate materials, production and inventory to ensure on-time, in-full deliveries.
• Translate demand forecasts into concrete planning requirements.
• Monitor and manage inventory to optimize stock and service levels with procurement and inventory teams.
• Identify and resolve supply risks, shortages, and disruptions.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse, Production, Logistics, and Sales to align planning and execution.
• Provide Supply Chain KPIs and support continuous improvement initiatives.
