Job summary

Delta Energy Systems is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Planning and Customer Success Manager to lead the EMEA team overseeing the Industrial, Medical, Automotive, and Lighting businesses. You will drive demand planning, manage supply planning and inventory, and balance customer service with efficiency across multiple manufacturing sites.

Qualifications

8+ years in Supply Chain, Planning, Operations, or Logistics.
3+ years of people management experience.
Experience managing international supply chains (Asia/Europe).
Experience in Electronics, Industrial Automation, or related industry preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team of four supply chain professionals.
Drive demand planning and forecasting processes to improve forecast accuracy and business visibility.
Manage supply planning activities across manufacturing sites in Asia, Europe.
Optimize inventory levels while maintaining targeted customer service performance.
Lead the EMEA SOP process and facilitate cross-functional alignment.
Identify and mitigate supply risks, capacity constraints, and service challenges.
Drive process improvement, standardization, digitalization, and automation initiatives.
Monitor and improve key supply chain metrics (forecast accuracy, OTIF, inventory turns, backlog, lead times, inventory health).
Build organizational capability and scalable processes to support growth across EMEA.
