Delta Electronics EMEA is seeking a Business Strategy & Planning Analyst to bridge corporate strategy with daily execution. You will support the planning cycle through data analysis and market research, ensuring milestones are tracked and risks flagged early.

You will own dashboards, coordinate with finance and commercial teams, and drive follow‑up with stakeholders to keep strategic initiatives on track. Fluent English is required, with additional European language skills advantageous.

Formación

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related quantitative field.
• 5–10 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, PMO, or analytical business operations.
• Experience in power electronics, data centers, or energy infrastructure in Europe is preferable.

Responsabilidades

• Strategic Planning & Research: conduct market, industry, and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and build evaluation frameworks.
• Performance & KPI Tracking: maintain strategic dashboards and report progress (OKRs/KPIs) to senior leadership.
• Rigorous Follow-Up & Governance: follow up with department heads to ensure action items are executed on schedule.
• Cross-Business Coordination: collaborate with financial controllers and commercial teams to align planning with budgeting cycles.
• Problem Solving & Optimization: identify bottlenecks in strategy execution and propose practical solutions to keep initiatives on track.
