Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Director/Senior Director of Business Development for Clinical Solutions in EMEA. Lead strategic growth across mid-size pharmaceutical accounts, shaping partnerships and aligning IQVIA’s RDS capabilities to accelerate drug development.

You will drive multi–year deals, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage a robust pipeline while maintaining strong client relationships across global accounts.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of business development experience in Clinical Research Organizations or equivalent.
• Proven success in managing and growing strategic accounts within large pharma.
• Strong understanding of global clinical development, regulatory pathways, and therapeutic area dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual sales targets across pharmaceutical accounts for IQVIA’s offerings.
• Maintain knowledge of IQVIA services for cross-sell opportunities.
• Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans for target accounts.
• Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers and negotiate complex deals.
• Coordinate with operations and contracts to ensure timely delivery and proposals.
