Job summary

Zeekr Europe is seeking a highly motivated Salesforce Business Analyst / Functional Consultant with 4-5 years of Salesforce experience. The role bridges business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring requirements translate into scalable Salesforce solutions across multiple European markets.

You will work daily with offshore development teams and partner with Sales, Customer Care, Marketing, Operations, and Aftersales.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4-5 years of Salesforce experience in BA/Functional/Consultant roles.
• Experience translating business requirements into Salesforce solutions.
• Strong collaboration with distributed development teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to understand objectives, processes and requirements.
• Translate requirements into functional specs, user stories, and process flows.
• Collaborate with architects and developers to design scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Coordinate UAT and document knowledge transfer.
• Support data migration, integrations, and ongoing platform improvements.
