Job summary

Zeekr seeks an IT Business Partner to act as the strategic technology partner for the Sales Operations organization across Europe. You will drive digital transformation, define business capabilities, prioritize initiatives, and deliver scalable IT solutions spanning wholesale ordering, vehicle delivery, payments, dealer operations, and incentive management.

You will translate business needs into roadmaps, guide process optimization, and ensure seamless integration with OEM and dealer systems,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.
Business Administration, Supply Chain, or Finance coursework is desirable.
5+ years in IT Business Partner, Business Analyst, Digital Product Manager, or similar roles.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary IT partner for the Sales Operations organization and build relationships with business stakeholders.
Translate business strategies into digital roadmaps and technology initiatives.
Own and coordinate IT solutions for end-to-end sales operations, including wholesale ordering, retail delivery, and dealer operations.
Drive integration and improvement of Dealer Management Systems (DMS) across dealer networks.
Define and manage system capabilities for incentive policies, campaign management, rebates, and settlements.
Coordinate delivery with Product Managers, architects, development teams, QA, and vendors.
Lead IT workstreams for country rollouts and market expansion across Europe.
