Job summary

Lenovo in Amsterdam is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to support the sales team with data-driven insights and optimized processes. You will manage CRM, generate dashboards, and collaborate across departments to improve forecasting and pipeline management.

The role requires 4–5 years of experience in sales operations or similar analytical roles, strong analytical skills, and fluency in Dutch and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a sales operations or similar analytical role.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Power BI, Excel, or CRM software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Professional fluency in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Data analysis: collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Reporting: develop and maintain sales reports and dashboards to track KPIs for senior management.
• Process optimization: identify inefficiencies in sales processes and implement solutions to improve productivity.
• Sales team support: provide administrative and analytical support including forecasting and pipeline management.
• CRM management: oversee maintenance and optimization of the CRM system.
• Forecasting: assist in development of sales forecasts and budgets and monitor performance against targets.
