Job summary

Schneider Electric in the Netherlands seeks a Quotation Management professional to analyze customer needs, optimize configurations and deliver competitive proposals.

You will coordinate end-to-end quotation processes, prepare cost estimates, assess risks, and align with customer specifications to support sales and tendering teams for complex MV power projects. Fluent English is required; Dutch and French are advantageous in a BeNe context.

Qualifications

• HBO in Electrical Engineering required.
• 3-5 years in a similar role with MV/power systems focus.
• Fluent in English; Dutch and French advantageous in BeNe context.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex customer technical requirements and develop optimized proposals using equipment configurators.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and identify enhancements that strengthen our competitive position.
• Assess risks, ensure compliance, and clarify deviations to align with customer specifications.
• Submit comprehensive proposals with accurate costing and schedules to support sales and tendering teams.
