Job summary

Deloitte Netherlands is seeking a seasoned Pursuit Coach to lead the PCOE team's sales strategy and coaching for complex pursuits. You will shape approaches, messaging, and win themes while coordinating with executive stakeholders to position Deloitte effectively in competitive bids.

You will develop and deliver preparation workshops, mentor pursuit teams, and ensure client needs guide responses and strategy execution across large, time-sensitive bids.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic direction for the PCOE team and drive continuous improvement of delivery to maximize impact
• Advise client pursuit teams and shape sales strategy, messaging, win themes, and competitive positioning
• Develop and facilitate the Get to Green workshop and provide sales coaching to improve pursuit performance
• Provide sales and rehearsal coaching to elevate presentation delivery
• Collaborate with the commercial team on compelling financial constructs
• Challenge teams to differentiate with bold sales strategies and client-centric approaches
• Coordinate with Deloitte member firm and PCOE network
• Review RFPs comprehensively to ensure client needs are front and centre
