Job summary

Metyis Amsterdam is seeking an Associate to lead key workstreams on client projects, with direct contact to senior clients and a high degree of independence within the team.

You will apply business and organizational insights, develop actionable strategies, and contribute to presentations, client relationship management, and status reporting. Fluency in Dutch and English, strong communication and analytical skills, and 2–4 years of consulting or related experience are required.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of consulting experience or relevant industry experience.
• Strong management and communication skills; ability to convey complex information to diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills and conceptual thinking; ability to develop business models and long-term strategies.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead key workstreams of client projects with direct contact to senior clients.
• Apply business and organizational principles to construct actionable insights and develop strategy.
• Prepare presentations, manage client relationships, and provide status reports.
• Conduct analyses to define client needs and perform data analyses on client, competitor and industry data.
• Share problem-solving techniques and consulting best practices with junior colleagues.
