Job summary

Ranpak, a leader in protective packaging, is seeking a Product Manager to own a product category within the Protective Paper Solutions portfolio. You will translate customer needs and market insights into a clear strategy and a focused portfolio.

Based at our European office in Eygelshoven, you will collaborate with R&D, Sales, Marketing and Operations, visiting customers and preparing launches with the broader team.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, development and commercial performance of the product category.
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap based on customer needs and market trends.
• Translate market insights into product and portfolio decisions.
• Manage full product lifecycle from concept to launch and optimization.
• Drive pricing decisions and portfolio improvements.
• Coordinate product launches with Sales, Marketing and Operations.
• Support Sales with clear value propositions and market insights.
• Build relationships with customers and regional sales teams.
