Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Engineering, Packaging Engineering, or related quantitative field.
• 3+ years in consumer goods, pharma, or food.
• 2+ years in supply chain, packaging, logistics, or R&D.

Responsibilities

• Drive primary and secondary packaging design across categories.
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle with clear approvals and timelines.
• Provide technical specs, drawings, and protocols to cross-functional teams.
• Maintain supplier communications and define validation criteria and KRS for new developments.
