Boehringer Ingelheim Netherlands is seeking a Primary Care Engagement Manager to drive growth in the Cardio-Renal-Metabolic portfolio. You will lead account-based engagement with GPs, practice nurses, pharmacists, and other stakeholders to influence prescribing and improve patient outcomes.

The role is field-based, covers North Holland, Randstad and South-Holland, and reports to the Area Head CRM. You will collaborate across functions, execute omnichannel plans, and use CRM data to identify

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma required in a relevant field.
• MBA or another advanced degree is a plus.
• Strong network in CRM and first-line setting.

Responsibilities

• Drive business performance, prescription growth, and market share within the territory through effective customer engagement.
• Own and execute an account-based engagement strategy at GP practice level.
• Build and maintain productive relationships with General Practitioners, practice nurses, pharmacists, and other healthcare stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support strategic account plans.
• Deliver omnichannel engagement through face-to-face, digital, and peer-to-peer channels.
