Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim in Amsterdam is seeking a Specialist Engagement Manager to drive CRM adoption in secondary care. You will influence specialist decisions, deliver scientifically credible engagements, and partner with cross-functional teams to translate strategy into field activity.

You will build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, manage key accounts, and ensure rigorous execution while maintaining high-quality CRM data to inform future strategies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in specialty care pharmaceutical sales or related roles.
• Proven ability to influence prescribing decisions through evidence-based discussions.
• Strong scientific expertise in CRM disease areas and data interpretation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and account planning skills.
